Welcome Brothers and Sisters to New Beginnings Church!

 Banner

New Beginnings Church opened it’s doors in Jeffersonville in March, 2010. We have quickly grown from a congregation of 5 people meeting in a smokey bingo hall to a congregation of over 100 quickly outgrowing our sanctuary. We are very blessed to be a part of the Jeffersonville community and to be serving Southern Indiana and the Louisville area.

New Beginnings Church is a very diverse church, where ALL people are welcome, accepted, and loved! I would like to invite you to visit us for one of our inspirational and uplifting services! We meet every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and every Sunday at 10:30 a.m.  Come early, and join us for coffee and fellowship!

New Beginnings Church is very active in the community. We supply food and clothing to the needy; we participate in the Downtown Lay Ministries; we supply food to the local food pantry; we volunteer at the Bliss House; we participate in community clean up; we help people with yard work; and numerous other activities.

New Beginnings schedules and hosts numerous social activities, so please check back here often! We are not just a “church”…we are a “family…and our “family” wants YOU to join us!

If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 812-595-0571.

Serving with enthusiasm,
Pastor Tracy Patton

They are currently involved in a prison ministry and work with Hillcrest Village assisted living to provide their residents with companionship and comfort.  The Group is led by Linda Denning and RuthAnn Reteneller, so see one of these ladies for more information and to join.

Praise & Worship Team

Our Praise & Worship team is comprised of a variety of talented vocalists who currently lead our worship singing.  They perform an eclectic mix of contemporary Christian songs and modern arrangements of traditional hymns.

Small Groups Leaders Needed

We are in need of individuals or couples who would like to lead a couple’s small group.  We are also looking for small group leaders for our Scottsburg congregation.  Please contact Pastor Tracy if you feel led to head up these ministries.

Adult Bible Study

The Sunday Morning Bible Study Group is taking a break for the summer, but will resume in September.

Cathy Davis facilitates a spirit-led bible study discussion every Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for adults.  Lessons are conducted in an open format where every participant offers insight with a focus on finding  practical applications of scripture in our everyday lives.

Youth Group

Youth Group meets every Wednesday night at 6:30 and is for all school-aged kids. We have a group for 11 and under and another for 11-18 year old youth. We’ll discuss various topics, learn Bible basics, and enjoy fellowship. We have lots of activities planned, so check this page often for news and announcements! We hope to see you there and please bring a friend! All of our youth leaders have passed a criminal background check.
Marci Hutchings
Marci currently works as an instructor of English and business-related courses at Mid-America College of Funeral Service in Jeffersonville. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Tennessee Technological University. In her spare time, she enjoys writing lessons for the Children's Ministry at NBC, singing, and spending time with friends. Her favorite thing about NBC is how we open the message of God's Love to everyone who enters our doors.
Melissa Gibson-Scully
Melissa leads the Youth Group for ages 11-18 that meets on Wednesdays at 6:30. She has a lot of exciting things planned for the group and will be getting the teens involved in the community, too. Melissa also serves NBC as one of our Deacon Coordinators.
